Disc structure analysis takes forever for discs with thousands of files

Initial report was for The Witch and the Hundred Knight, but it's a general issue with the filesystem structure analysis.
And it is done twice: for the actual disc, and for the IRD file (when available).
Unfortunately, it seems the issue is with the used filesystem library, and the inability to reuse the reader concurrently.
