Publish the extension on the Open VSX repository

Hello, thanks for the great work on this extension, can you please also publish it on the open VSX repository? I would like to use it with Onivim, more details here

Sorry, this thing looks ridiculous. You need to sign a bunch of agreements, beg for namespace, and then use yet another npm tool to publish that I have no time nor energy to look at.

I do not see any restrictions to use open-vsx as a sole repository for onivim, otherwise it would've been quite ironic. Just use the already published version from vscode marketplace.
