Control with MBI5124 ?

Unfortunately, I can't get my LED matrix to work.
An MBI5124 is installed as the driver. I have already tried all the settings but without success. In other forums it is described that the LAT (CLK) has a positive edge. With other drivers this only works with a negative edge. The colors of the LEDs are correct, only the lines are shifted.
