Zoom integration

Many people are using Zoom nowadays. Zoom's built-in chat is awful, because chats are difficult to get right. It would be nice to connect the Zoom chat somehow into Matterbridge.

I'm always frustrated when Zoom's chat isn't available after a meeting anymore. Also, I'm always frustrated when a community uses a different chat platform, which means there are two chats that don't see each other.

Describe the solution you'd like

Provide a Zoom backend, just like there is a mattermost/discord/telegram/irc backend. I know, this is a tall order.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Not using Matterbridge, but rather force everyone have both tabs open at the same time, and then have some dedicated person copy/paste the chat from Zoom into the "actual" chat after the meeting. Or alternatively, just consider the Zoom chat as something ethereal that will vanish immediately after the meeting forever. A terrible thought! D:
