Add the option to enforce non-negativity for compartments

Due to numerical errors it is possible that compartments that are only defined on R+o end up in R-.
This can render models invalid as interactions might be ill-defined for R-.

Hence, the option to enforce non-negativity for those compartment might improve the usability significantly,
especially for stiff problems.
