  • Assess existing repositories and data sources for similar efforts to ensure limited overlap and capture of important data, and create a plan for innovation development.
  • Identify types of data streams and potential data sources to be included in repository that includes key components for epidemiology, including demography, hydrometeorology, air quality, policy, vaccination, and healthcare accessibility
  • Develop harmonization strategy to standardize data (e.g., naming and coding conventions from credible data sources) across administrative units and time.
  • Establish plan for dataset distribution in accessible formats, and optimized for machine learning applications to support reproducible research of high quality
