Some Technical indicators not supported

Describe the bug
FeatureEngineer class from FinRL is not computing the following technical indicators: pov, coppock, inertia, ker, kst, qqe, kama, kdj, ndi, roc, bop, rsv, psl, sma, wt, rvgi, cti

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Manually introduce the desired technical indicators to use for the training and run the Stock_Neurips 2018 tutorial

Expected behavior
should print : "[100%%*] 1 of 1 completed
Successfully added technical indicators"

Thank you for bringing up the issue. Currently, the FinRL library is extremely poorly maintained. Rest assured, I will reorganize a team to ensure its proper maintenance.
