Maybe it is a good idea to just read the SHACL description using an Object RDF Mapper (ORM).

The first thing I could find was: https://github.com/cosminbasca/surfrdf

Please take a look at cosminbasca/surfrdf#5 and cosminbasca/surfrdf#8 to find out if there is a chance, that we can use it.
In parallel please watch out for alternatives.

Surf doesn't work for Python 3 and we couldn't find any good alternative.
