Sometimes seems to prevent other CEC operation

Hi, great project. I have built it and it works. However, once the TV is off I am finding that power-on of a playback device will no longer power on the receiver and TV and switch source as it normally does.

[Potentially inaccurate information] My memory is that everything was working when I first built it, and that a subsequent attempt to upgrade micronucleus roughly coincided with problems starting. Of course the code from this project remains the same.

Do you have any idea why this would happen, or any debugging steps to suggest?

As for debugging steps I'd recommend cheap chineese logic analyzer. Then with sigrok you can monitor CEC line to know what happens. Sorry, no time for this now.
