@sarahcleary - as previously noted - my apologies for this meeting. I understand that @MarkLieffering is able to attend.

Some notes:

  • likely RedClover will be in release by the meeting - @hol353 is going to do the final stages given that Rogerio is on leave
  • AgPasture's review comments will have been attended to by the meeting
  • can you add for review the new documentation for Report (attached) - it has been moved to UnderReview but is not showing up yet in the Documentation web page following the domain name fall out. It should be reviewed before release and is attached. If anyone has better examples for the cropping simulation happy to hear suggestions.
  • I don't think I will be available on Friday 22 November sorry.

Re: item 6 - I like the look/feel of the new website. Some things are a bit buried/circular however. One example is trying to find the download link for APSIM - i.e. access to the registration system. Perhaps this could be made a two-click thing?

@sno036 - part of the rewrite/migration of the website was to ensure that the options of R&D and/or commercial use were front and centre - and people could not miss that commercial use had different T&Cs. Other than having two buttons, one for "download for R&D use only" or "download for Commercial use" on the front page - that's the only way I can see if being a two click process.
