re update on uptake of next Gen, i am in the process of putting together a list of corresponding authors to reach out to. Have about 10, would like to get that up to 30 before we start contacting them.

Following this meeting there were concerns raised by @uqghamme and @kchenu regarding not being able to print out the documentation. Before we remove existing documentation functionality - which is not going to be immediately replaced, do we need to consider this with more focus from a scientific community perspective rather than just developers. Our primary output for results will be published papers but we didn't really look at the issue of published results with reference to a live documentation model - ie: what was the particular model's parameters/methods at the time the results were produced.

    @hol353 and @sno036 are having a sprint on swim model;
    discussion on a new wheat phenology (@HamishBrownPFR , @hut104 and @EnliWang ) – this will require RP model review meeting. @HamishBrownPFR to inform when he requires the model to be reviewed.

    @sarchontoulis is working on a new soybean seed emergence model,
    @jbrider is working on an arbitrator model
    @HamishBrownPFR is working on a simple pasture model.

    @HamishBrownPFR to draft a proposal around Lucerne - progressing it to release (may ask for a phd student).
    @yashvirchauhan discussed the possibility of leveraging AI funding as match up for GRDC/funding agencies.

    Postponed for a stand alone teaching meeting, and we will invite more people with interest
  3. APSIM virtual issue - @kchenu
    25 expression of interest, end of April is the deadline
