CMD++ v1.2

CMD++ v1.1

This release's most important feature for the users is the color customization, see wiki for more info.
Behind the scene, there have been huge code cleanups and a few very important bug fixes that removed the windows warning noise and a few minor things.

CMD++ v1.0

This is the first release of the CMD++ shell, with all the features described on the front page. And there's more to come!
