Implement PDF export logic

Background

The current solution supports export to mdoc format. This is very Absa-specific and not usable for Release purposes.

Feature

Add logic to allow export in PDF format.

• Expect Issue categories: UserStory, Feature, and Functionality from the Living Documentation concept.
  • Add input to define labels for each category.
• Add a feature to export Daily fresh and Release.
  • Daily: all data
  • Release: Only implemented, part of release.
