Probably https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms-vscode.live-server, since it's by Microsoft, but it's still in preview.

https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ritwickdey.LiveServer has been around for longer I think.

Likewise, I have a bunch of other extensions I like, that it might be worth mentioning where appropriate. A lot of this are quality of life extensions (e.g., rewrap -> use Alt+Q to easily reformat long comment lines)
