Hi,

It seems as though any rounds unplayed due to people quitting Solo Shuffle are shown as losses to the player. Is it possible to have them discounted completely, or otherwise notated? Or not possible with the access Blizz gives you?

Thanks!

Ugh. I had not thought of this scenario.
They appear on final score board?

One screenshot shows a fully completed game.
One screenshot shows a game where someone quit prematurely in a late round.
One screenshot shows REFlex scoreboard where the past 10 matches were incomplete due to leavers.

In the end, REFlex is showing my win/loss ratio around 45%, while Drustvar is showing 52%. I'm guessing the gap is the incomplete matches counting as losses.

Unrated solo shuffle is currently unavailable due to Korraks "fix" so it might take a while.
In a second screenshot - somebody left during round 6?

Correct. Someone left during round 6 in second screenshot.

If it matters, I'm playing only "rated" solo shuffle, which is working normally at the moment. I'm not sure if the behavior is the same in unrated.

Unrated behave the same.
I have some ideas how to fix it but I will need multiple unrated matches to check it. So it looks like I will be forced to wait for event end first.

One question more to that second screenshot. Do you remember how many of these 5 full rounds you won?

I don't forget about this issue. Still waiting for unranked solo shuffle to come back.

I'm not sure they will ever bring back unrated shuffle-- or maybe they will bring it back as an infrequent Brawl. You might want to test using rated, as that is where 99% of the SS playerbase will be invested.

Considering I will need to often AFK to test some things playing rated is not an option ;-)

How about counting deaths and checking it in what team it was? Death is equal to round end.

There is an edge case wherein 2 deaths happen simultaneously and no one wins the round. I have experienced this and have taken screenshots of it happening (if helpful). If that case is taken into account, this could be the best way to handle it. Unfortunately it looks like they won’t be adding unrated solo shuffle back into the standard PvP queue choices.
