Consider removing the "Icelandic ABP List" filter from filters registry

Problem description

The Icelandic ABP List has not been updated since 2022. Most rules in this filter are likely to be outdated.

Proposed solution

Please check the rules and consider removing the filter from filters registry.

Theoretically there is a fork of the list with 4 updates, but the repo has rather poorly acquired numbers of stars (356) and followers (29):
