PROPOSAL: Revise root passwd creation text #37

Version tested: GNOME Edition 0.24.6

When adding the root passwd, the text could be more specific. It currently reads "You'll need to set a default (administrator) password".

Consider changing this to something more specific, like the user passwd dialogue. Eg, change from "You'll need to...", to "Set a default...".
