As a longer term goal, would it be possible to allow the user to opt for partitioning of the disk/s, based on some sensible defaults?
Eg
Which disk/s would you like to use for the installation?
Do you want a separate swap partition?
Do you want a separate /home?
If more than one target disk, which disk should Serpent OS boot from?
Serpent OS would then carve up the disks into sensible defaults and filesystems, based on the amount of storage available, and with swap being perhaps 8 gigs. The old metric of 2xRAM for swap, is deprecated now, I believe.
