Automatically restart chains with red exclamations #73

Not sure I want to do this yet.

There are some chains that quickly fall behind and never catch up, and the solution to fixing this problem is not yet clear.

I sometimes wipe these chains and restart them by hand.

In order to keep the data fresh and the sight not appearing so broken, we could add a process that wipes chains manually and restarts them.
