Help us get rid of (remove) the right-click menu items "Cast..." and "Create QR Code for this page". Please!

When you right-click on a webpage, along with all the other items you have these useless options "Cast..." and "Create QR Code for this page" wich takes up space.

Can you compile the browser without them? Or wich pref. file we can edit to remove them?

I think it is possible to consider adding multiple flags to control the display or hiding of these buttons, but whether it can be finally realized will depend on Alex's decision.
