BME280 module output is in text format not numeric

Need the BME680 ouput to the "allskydew.json" to be in numeric format.
Also need temperatures in ° F and the pressure in "Hg.
Please also provide a temperature spread (Temperature - DewPoint) since this is what turns on /off the dew heater.

Ah ok, does that work with the 280 as well? You are better off using the allsky_temp module which can read a 280 and will write the data in the correct format.

For the time being, wrote (with some help) a python script to put the data in USA format.
The built in bme280 module WORKS GREAT, just needs the data in numeric format, and in USA format. (Some day we will go metric)
I would add in the instructions on the settings that these numbers are based on centigrade temperatures.
I much prefer to use built in scripts.

Never noticed the module is for the BME680 not the BME280. the module DOES read the bme280 data output. ]

i have download the Temp module for use with BME280... thats not work. On dew heater module the sensor works well, but i need second dezimal points after... so like this 850.00 and not 850.1234567894
