Replace InboxItem element with DialogList and DialogListGroup

Replace listview item InboxItem with DialogListGroup and DialogList from altinn-components.

Note: This components have not been battle tested thoroughly, so the components in altinn-components might need improvements.

Det nye "Ny" merket indikerer at det er den nye varianten av DialogList som benyttes i Arbeidsflate.
Det er med tanke på regresjon ikke observert ny-introduserte feil med denne oppdateringen -> Test passed.
