[BUG] No error logs when collector.yaml is invalid

I was trying to setup scrutiny on my synology but was not getting any drive despite smartctl showing drives on docker container, the container logs also did not show anything (at least from what I have seen).

Finally I found the tip to run the collector manually here: #488 (comment) but it was just exiting after saying loading configuration. After a few minutes I realized by collector.yaml was invalid and missing a quote at the end. It would be great to have an explicit error entry for such cases in the logs.
