We need to be clearer about exactly what format of numbers we should accept for annex.diskreserve #61

It gets confusing if you type in 100GB, and we accept it, and git-annex apparently parses it just fine, but then iabak can't parse it later.

Also README.md has "* git config annex.diskreserve 200GB"
