My network cannot be connected, I think it is a UDP configuration problem of pfSense #9

Hello, I have configured both ends. It is found that the routing table and IP seem to be normal but there is no UDP packet, which may be caused by a firewall mechanism. How should I configure it?

Routing table on VPS
