Concise Description	I want to add Top Resources Feature for adding Which website provides multiple resources not stick to specific resource
Solution Proposed	I want to create Top Resources Page inside pages Folder similar like whatever existed in computer networks page includes adding books.md, docs.md, videos.md

Additional Context	This above Feature helps to visited users in the form of Learning Multiple Technologies in One Resource like videos, docs, books OR cheatsheets

• It would be good to separate the similar resources.

@Alkaison . See Below Screenshots like Project Folder Structure and Live Project Page. I want to add exactly in src/pages/topresources(Folder). In top resources Folder Add structure like top resources/books.md videos.md docs.md(sub files). For Example Computer Networks Folder Maintainence.
