When I install it, the sleep mode feature does not work for me, that is, after a period of time, my device does not enter idle mode or only a mode that turns off the screen, but the device is still working in the past, it was different when the device enters idle mode or sleep mode When I move the mouse, it asks me to put the password to unlock the screen lock, but now the device is working

Have you downloaded video card drivers? Those are most important for sleep & hibernation.

It was discovered that the Tixati program is the one that prevents the device from entering sleep mode, but after deleting the Tixati program, the laptop started restarting instead of entering sleep mode

Run this in powershell and check if System Power State S3 (S3) is supported.
