When working on Azure functions hosted on Azure Container App environment, it is extremely hard to debug if anything goes wrong unless you somehow log in to the docker container, install func tools , run with verbose then you will see the errors that Azure Functions completely hides from the UI. The only thing you get is a blank list of functions. Can this be addressed please? I am not sure if this is a doc issue or a dev issue?

Docs need to clarify that the developers have decided to swallow exceptions for some reason
Docs need to clarify that Functions runtime, will not report any errors that occur before startup. Is this by design?
