Lack of interest, and I can't personally test since I don't have an ARC gpu.

I have an intel arc graphics card and I am ready to test such a plugin if someone creates it. I was unpleasantly surprised that lmstudio can't use intel's GPU. Now the number of Intel graphics cards among users has begun to increase, so the demand for their support in software should also increase.

I'll re-open this issue and start thinking about perhaps adding intel gpu support, but can't make any promises as to when. However, if/when I get the ball rolling, I'll continue to work on it as long as someone is able to help me test since I don't have one.
