Feature Request: select default emojis to react with

Currently the 6 default emojis you can react to posts with are picked by the admin, if they're willing to change the default pick at all)

it would be pretty cool if we were able to change those default emojos (like you can do on Signal for instance) so you'd have the 6 you actually use the most.

(or we could also deal with reactions the way Misskey does, with showing the whole emoji picker when clicking on reaction button but i like that we don't push ALL THE EMOJOS when, usually, a few number of them would suffice)
