Welcome to the ninjaGUI wiki!

ninjaGUI is a graphics user interface (GUI) for acquiring functional near infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) signals in human subjects. ninjaGUI is designed in Matlab's app designer and meant to be used in combination with our group's fNIRS packages such as HOMER and AtlasViewer. It is written to be compatible with fNIRS devices operating through a serial port, with the flexibility of adding support to new devices as long as they accept simple commands through serial communication.
