"private" omi apps don't send notifications in chat

I receive notifications from "private" app "test mentor" but don't receive notifications in chat

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

install "test mentor"
enable some conversation on youtube

Current behavior
Notification received, but nothing shown in chat

Expected behavior
Notification is duplicated in chat
