Add Real-Time Audio Bytes Trigger Event

Right now, real-time audio bytes are available in a developer settings only for the webhooks.

This should be added as a trigger event for the apps so users can start building apps using realtime audio.

I have an app for saving audio to Google Drive but can't deploy it as an app in OMI! without this audio bytes trigger capability being available for external app integration.
