write python code to visualize data

related to issue #6 we need code to monitor the evolution of the behavioural training as it progresses.
We need some python code that grabs data (possibly from the files being written with incoming data) and prints on the screen relevant info.

• this is not time critical - ie it does not matter if the update is seconds delayed in relation to the trial being executed
• this should provide some basic stats, such as % of correct trials, reaction time per trial, average reaction time, etc
