[HELP] spawning things on certain blocks

Im trying to create a top down game but im not quite sure how you could spawn trees and make them spawn on only certain blocks is this possible if so how would you do it?

also im sorry I know this is probably not the place to ask for help but I couldn’t find anywhere else dedicated to this addon
