Add a few administrative stuff

I believe this tool will be used by many users, (because I need this too 👍 )
In that case, we need some administrative stuff that we must consider to continue this project as open source.
A few things that missing in this repo:

• LICENSE (required) Just to make sure what we're working on is a real open-source project from Bhinneka :)
• CI/CD (required) I can help this but maybe I need an extra write access to the repository (Collaborator Level) but, if someone in Bhinneka with the write access can do, it's better 👍
• Code of Conduct (optional)
• Contributing Guidelines (optional)
• Template if needed (PR and Issue) (optional)
• Clear Roadmap (required) 😆
