Currently X-Ray grants nightvision. Doesn't matter if the source is genetics or implant.
Player asked me to create this issue for them.

That one might not actually be a bug, as the vision code had half of the code needed to grant nightvision before I added in the other half of it during the vision refactor, it seems that code was broken ever since lighting got redone to use light overlays on tiles, so it was broken for almost a year (specifically, the see_in_dark component, but not the see_invisible component needed to not see the light overlays), if this proves to be wrong then I guess the code that governs those variables could changed
