Changelings drop welding tool on use

With augmented eyesight evolved, a changeling will drop their welding tool upon use provided the action has a blinding effect. Requires eye protection to avoid. Not sure if this is intentional because it doesn't matter if augmented eyesight is active or not. Haven't tested without it evolved, yet.
