Is your feature/tool request related to a problem? Please describe.

Right now, there is no interface for assigning a specific license to an image. Instead, every image is assigned the license of the collection (at least in the Darwin Core Archive). You can write out something else in the "Copyright" text field for an image, but it will still be assigned the collection license in the Darwin Core Archive (and the copyright field text isn't shown in the public view of the image anyway). This can be a problem since some images may be donated by the collectors rather than taken by collection staff and may use different licenses (or the images may be taken under a specific grant that requires using a different license).

Describe the solution you'd like.

Add a license drop down to the interfaces for adding and editing images. By default, set it to the same license as the institution license.
