I am now running the Washington Bee Atlas and working with WSU for our data management and specimen repository.
In the Batch Determinations update, it would be great to be able to simultaneously update sex. This would have to be an option that you would have to turn on. The default would be that update sex is turned off. But if you turn it on, you could do these simultaneously. This would save a LOT of time. Most data is not uploaded with sex initially. The sex determination is made alongside the species determination.
