sippts was rewritten from perl to python so the package must be changed.

Also the scripts were not displayed properly.

@noptrix sippts package should be rebuilt because on despite you correctly submitted the last version in its PKGBUILD, when the user runs sudo pacman -S sippts it gets an older version: sippts-1:v3.4.r8.g48f9949-1. Can you manage it please?

Then, I think this issue can be closed once what reported above has been fixed.
