YouTube Occasionally unsubs channels and removes the ability to resub, add option for user to ignore Youtube removal of subscriptions

Implemented functionality in commit 1eaaa6dc, but no GUI handling yet exists.

Currently you have to open permanents.db with a SQLite browser/editor and set the value of subscribed_override to 1.
