Removes QC item from Articles drop-down.
Removes Articles dropdown if empty.
Removal is performed through perl-compatible regular expressions because they suit the specific problem.
Tested using branch test/exclude_qc_from_articles2 and dv.bookman@docs_update. Removal of whole article section has been tested locally.
