Water zone for heat pumps should be exposed as a water heater

Describe the feature

The water zone for heat pumps are currently exposed as climate entities. I feel this should probably be exposed as a water heater, as this best suites the data.

Expected behaviour

The water zone should be exposed as a water heater sensor instead of a climate sensor. A repair notice should be raised for anyone with a heat pump that this entity will be deprecated and removed in a future release. All existing behaviour should still be present.

Use Case

People with heat pumps should have the sensor that best represents the object
