Issues with Nvidia Shadow Play

Issue appears only when I stream or make a recording.
Does not show on actual monitor.

Recordings/Streams made without application do NOT "flicker"

Recordings/Streams made with application launched do "flicker"
Recordings/Streams made with application launched and sync "flicker" extremely.
G-sync is on if that means anything.

This app works so much better then the Philips version.
