Currently the SPARTAN/Structures directory is empty, and files holding the current CADs of SPARTAN are either being stored on the BruinSpace Google Drive, on local machines, or elsewhere. Let's move all of this to this SPARTAN repo as we began to do towards the end of last academic year (2019-2020).
