Sidecar switch is inverted

Describe the bug
When using the sidecar switch to turn on and off the sidecar, the sidecar is open when switched off, and closed when switched on. It is opposite to what it should be.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open notebook
Switch sidecar on (when no plot was shown)
Now make a plot
Switching sidecar will toggle sidecar close when switched on and open when switched off.

Expected behavior
It should switch sidecar open and closed to match the on/off stat of the toggle.
