Primary and secondary duplication option: "Auto X" #71

This would work as follows:

Before starting the netgame, count the number of EACH primary weapon.
Take the LOWEST count
Set the duplication appropriately. For instance, if there is only 1 plasma cannon, and the max players is 6, set the Auto X options to 6x.

This would be great for pick up anarchy games.
