python3-vcstool のインストールができない

   Install apt pkg
   sudo apt install -y build-essential git python3-vcstool

で、E: Unable to locate package python3-vcstool のエラーが発生

apt update ができてないだけかも？

sudo apt update -y
sudo apt upgrade -y

を実行した後再び

sudo apt install python3-vcstool

を実行しましたが

変わらず

E: Unable to locate package python3-vcstool

とエラーが表示されます

~/raspicat2/raspicat-raspi.repos ファイルのコミットが e5ffb83 （これ） の場合

一時的な回避策として、install の後に vcs が使用される場所

vcs import src < raspicat-raspi.repos --debug

という行を、以下に置き換えることで python3-vcstool のインストールはしなくてもよくなります

git clone -b ros2 [email protected]:CIT-Autonomous-Robot-Lab/RaspberryPiMouse.git
git clone -b ros2 [email protected]:CIT-Autonomous-Robot-Lab/raspicat_ros.git
git clone -b ros2 [email protected]:CIT-Autonomous-Robot-Lab/raspicat_description.git
git clone -b ros2 [email protected]:CIT-Autonomous-Robot-Lab/raspicat_slam_navigation.git
git clone -b master [email protected]:CIT-Autonomous-Robot-Lab/raspimouse2.git
git clone -b main [email protected]:CIT-Autonomous-Robot-Lab/raspicat_speak2.git
git clone -b ros2 [email protected]:CIT-Autonomous-Robot-Lab/raspicat_setup_scripts.git
popd

しかしこの方法はあまり賢い方法ではないと思われます

sudo apt update -y
sudo apt upgrade -y

を実行した後再び

sudo apt install python3-vcstool

を実行しましたが

変わらず

E: Unable to locate package python3-vcstool

とエラーが表示されます

パッケージ名変わったんかな？？？

sudo apt install python3-vcstools

で行けると思う（参考）
