Harvi deleted from myenergi account

Standard configuration, no customisation or changes. Just using my credentials from MYenergi to connect to Cloud.

Describe the bug

Every time I restart my home assistant my Harvi product is deleted from myenergi.com product list. I also find other Harvi's linked to my account that I am not the owner. the list of Products in myenergi.com is getting messed since I updated ha-myenergi to version 0.0.24

Just after the update, few entities were duplicated so I removed the integration and added it again. The entities were fixed but I started to notice some mess with my products in myenergi.com

Removed the integration for few hours and when I reinstalled it I had my Eddi and Harvi deleted from my account (myenergi).
Myenergi support confirmed the issue on their portal related to phantom devices and deleted devices.. I am not sure if this is being caused by the integration or not. It is very strange to have the devices deleted (and create) when I reinstall the integration or reboot HA

Trying to get more evidences of the issue, I re-installed again the integration and now I had my Eddi and my Harve deleted from my account. I needed to reconnect both and I lost the history of my generation/import/export from myenergi portal.

The integration is read-only, it’s impossible to write back to the ME servers with say phantom serial numbers.

Hi G6EJD, thank you for the update. Is there any possibility of it be moving the Products to Deleted list? or causing it by any reason? It was a coincidence to have products deleted when reboot HA or re-install the integration :(

This issue is nothing to do with this integration or software and needs to be deleted

Have the same issue. I have a zappi and one Barbie, after setting up the interventionist, first there was a zappi and a jarig showing in my Energy account and in Hime Assistant, after Some hours there were two “ghost” Harvi in my Energy account in the deleted section and in home Assistant one zappi amd threee Harvi, all giving some readings in de CT clams.

Support delegeer the two gehost Harvo but after Some time there are two new Ghost harvi’s back in My Energy Dashboard in de delete sectio. And in home Assistant.

Why is the intergration picking up devices that are in the deleted section in My Energy Account Dashboard??

Why are the ghost devices showing up?

Phantom devices is a MyEnergi issue to solve, the integration does nothing more than read the device types being reported. Please close the issue.
